Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control must be notified by either the landlord or property manager within 3 working day's, Commencing from the date of the paid and receipted service via fax or email requesting we return to the mentioned property to rectify any issues or concerns. If Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control does not return to the mentioned property within 5 working days of receiving a faxed or emailed request and your final inspection has not been passed due to the services carried out by Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control at the mentioned property. Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control will refund all monies's paid for that receipted service.

Carpet Cleaning

Budget Bond Cleaning and Pest Control offers a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all Carpet Cleaning services, which means if you are not satisfied with the service you have paid for and received, Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control must be notified by either fax or email requesting that we return to the property in mention within 3 working day's commencing from the date of the paid and receipted service.If Budget Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control does not return to the mentioned property within 5 working day's of receiving a fax or emailed request to rectify any issues or concerns Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control will refund all monies paid for that receipted service.


* Please note that some stains that are deemed permanent will not be removed with any of our treatments. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains.

Pest Control

Budget Bond Cleaning and Pest Control offer a free service period of 6 months from the date of treatment for the following general pests unless agreed otherwise.

* ants

* spiders

* silverfish

* fleas

Rubbish Removal

Budget Bond Cleaning and Pest Control offers a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all Rubbish Removals. Which means if you are not satisfied with the service you paid for and received, Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control must be notified by either fax or email requesting that we return to the property in mention within 24hrs commencing from the date of the paid and receipted service. If Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control does not return to the property within 5 working days of receiving a fax or emailed request that we return to the property to rectify any issues or concerns. Budget Bond Cleaning & Pest Control will refund all monie's paid for that receipted service.
